• Clear photos or video of the product and outer packaging

• Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

7. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

• Delay caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

• Partial consumption or misuse of the product
